RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We strive to make the highest quality goods available. If you are not happy with your product, first contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to see if your exchange/return qualifies. Product has to be unused, unworn, and unwashed. (Return or exchange are not available for limited edition/sale items or where otherwise stated on the product page.) Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving. You will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned or exchanged items. Limited edition / Sale items are Final Sale.
Once we have approved your return/exchange you may send it back. Please include the invoice that was sent with your product, so we may identify your purchase. Also include a note detailing what action you would like us to take. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping both ways.
